America For Christ Offering

Once again, it’s time to bring this critical offering to the attention of American Baptists. Help
National Ministries continue to transform leaders and transform lives. Help us to share the Good News that someone, somewhere, does indeed care.  And, please, give joyfully—“For the Love of Christ urges us on.”
We would love to go beyond our goal of $2500 this year.  Our emphasis is ending, so get involved now in this Christian outreach.

OHBC SUPPORT OUR TROOPS PROGRAM

OHBC has a ministry of outreach to our military members from the community.    We will be sending packages to those serving our nation in a gesture of Christian outreach.   If you know of anyone deployed from our area, or is a member of our church extended family, please contact  the OHBC office.  We are now accepting donations in the office for this ministry.

We have moved the display to the vestibule for more visibility.  Photos of soldiers receiving our gifts will be posted from time to time along to their addresses so you can send personal cards.

Give thanks to the Lord. for He is good;  His love endures forever.  -Psalm 106: 1

Jesus said "You will know the truth and the truth will set you free"  -John 8:32

Christianity is no mere religion-- it is a life!

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.  Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.  You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."
